Does the address on my envelope need to be my real address?

Nope! It can be as whimsical and magical as you'd like. 

Here are some ideas to get you started:

-An Easter delivery for NAME

-NAME, hippity hop past the sandpit

-NAME, the little cottage at the top of the hill, Carrot Avenue 

Is my letter sent in the post?

No, your letter is sent my courier in a non-descript courier bag, to avoid arousing suspicion from your little one. You can then decide when your letter will arrive. You can even choose for it to 'appear' in a special place (atop the fireplace, on the breakfast table, on their side table etc).

When do I give my letter from the Easter Bunny? 

This letter was designed to arrive just before the Easter hunt. Some people do this on Easter Sunday, and others on Easter Monday. 

I won't be having an Easter Egg hunt, but I'd still like to order a letter from the Easter Bunny. What can I do?

No problem! Just order as normal, and in the customisation section write 'not applicable.' Let me know that you'd prefer to write in the 'order special instructions' section in your cart. Can you accomodate multiple children in one letter?

Yes! Just add each of their names in to the name section. When writing the names and address for the envelope please make sure you keep to the 60 character limit otherwise it will look too squashed on the envelope!

 Do you do returns?

At Stardust & Whimsy we really want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you aren’t, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or a refund. 

Refunds do not include the shipping costs.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
