Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on personalised items (such as Easter Bunny letters). Please make sure you are happy with the address and personalisation that you decide on as this cannot be changed once you have placed your order. If your order arrives damaged please get in touch as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement.
